Whether you’re a home cook looking to improve recipes you share with family, friends and online communities, or a food writer wanting to up your recipe game, you will leave this workshop with a better understanding of how to balance practical details with personal expression to make good recipes better. Class will include a brief, tasty, exercise in recipe writing to capture what's covered in class.
