Alexander Pushkin, the famous Russian poet, once wrote that “Every Georgian dish is a poem.” Led by food writer and cook Polina Chesnakova, this 75-minute demo-style class will introduce you the cuisine’s vibrant flavors through some of Polina’s favorite summer Georgian dishes. She’ll teach you how to make Badrijani Nigvzit (fried eggplant rolls), Chakhokhbili (chicken fricassee with tomato and herbs), and a Tomato and Cucumber Salad with a Crushed Walnut Dressing.
How this works: This is a demonstration class offered live via Zoom. Two days before class we will email you the recipe packet and a link to complete your registration via Zoom and get your personalized access link . You will have access to a recorded version of the class for one month afterwards. Online classes are non-refundable. Class is limited to 30 students.
