This week our Culinary Director Amanda Coba will prepare a seasonally-inspired lunch inspired by Meera Sodha's Fresh India for participants in an informal, 60-minute class. Amanda will demonstrate cooking fundamentals, talk about new and seasonal ingredients, and most importantly, she’ll be on hand to answer any of your cooking questions. Menu includes: spinach, tomato, and chickpea curry; green bean and coconut salad; strawberry and cardamom lassi.
Class is limited to 10 students and includes lunch. Students may purchase a copy of the featured book at 10% off on the day of class. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
