Looking for a delicious, out-of-the-ordinary way to spend the noon hour? Then join us for our Lunch Break Cooking Class series!
This week our Culinary Director Amanda Coba will prepare a seasonally-inspired lunch from Diane Henry's How to Eat a Peach for participants in an informal, 60-minute class. Amanda will demonstrate cooking fundamentals, talk about new and seasonal ingredients, and most importantly, she’ll be on hand to answer any of your cooking questions. Menu includes: roasted tomato, fennel, and chickpeas with preserved lemon; rye bread with radish butter; pink grapefruit and basil ice cream.
Class is limited to 10 students and includes lunch. Students may purchase a copy of the featured book at 10% off on the day of class. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
