Looking for a delicious, out-of-the-ordinary way to spend the noon hour? Join us for our lunch-break cooking class series!
Our culinary director Amanda Coba will prepare a seasonally-inspired lunch from Alison Roman's DIning In for participants in an informal, 60-minute class. Amanda will demonstrate cooking fundamentals, talk about new and seasonal ingredients, and most importantly, she’ll be on hand to answer any of your cooking questions. Menu includes: blistered green beans with creamy tahini and fresh hot sauce; baked eggs with crushed chickpeas, chorizo, tomatoes, and breadcrumbs; blueberry cake with almond and cinnamon.
Class is limited to 12 students and includes lunch. Students may purchase a copy of the featured book at 10% off on the day of class. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
