Our culinary director Amanda Coba will prepare a seasonally-inspired lunch from Meera Sodha's Fresh India for participants in an informal, 60-minute class. Amanda will demonstrate cooking fundamentals, talk about new and seasonal ingredients, and most importantly, she’ll be on hand to answer any of your cooking questions. Menu includes: rainbow chard saag aloo: lemon rice with peanuts and curry leaves; pistachio, orange zest, and date nankatai.
Class is limited to 12 students and includes lunch. Students may purchase a copy of the featured book at 10% off on the day of class. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
