Looking for a delicious, out-of-the-ordinary way to spend the noon hour? Then join us for our Lunch Break Cooking Class series!
This week our Culinary Director Amanda Coba will prepare a meal inspired by the Los Angeles dining scene for participants in an informal, 60-minute class. Amanda will demonstrate cooking fundamentals, talk about new and seasonal ingredients, and most importantly, she’ll be on hand to answer any of your cooking questions. Menu includes: Blood oranges, dates, parmesan, and almond salad from Sunday Suppers at Lucques by Suzanne Goin, pan-roasted brassica with golden raisins, tahini, and sumac from Gjelina by Travis Lett, and carrot apple teacake from Huckleberry by Zoe Nathan.
Class is limited to 10 students and includes lunch. Students may purchase a copy of the featured books at 10% off on the day of class. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
