This week our Culinary Director Amanda Coba will prepare a meal inspired by British food writers for participants in an informal, 60-minute class. Amanda will demonstrate cooking fundamentals, talk about new and seasonal ingredients, and most importantly, she’ll be on hand to answer any of your cooking questions. Menu includes: a soup of lentils, bacon, and chard from Tender by Nigel Slater, spring cabbage salad with honey and sprouted lentils from Gather by Gill Meller, lemon semolina cake from Crumb by Ruby Tandoh.
Class is limited to 10 students and includes lunch. Students may purchase a copy of the featured books at 10% off on the day of class. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
