Tina Fahnbulleh is a cook and owner of Gold Coast Ghal Kitchen, a pop-up project with the mission of sharing West African food and culture with Seattle. Tina was born in Liberia and raised in Ghana, and migrated to the US with her family in 2001 due to the civil war in her native homeland. Join us as Tina teaches some of her favorite dishes and shares her West African food culture. Menu includes: meat pies; fish stew with jasmine rice; braised sweet potato greens and beef; Liberian milk candy.
