Weekends are the perfect time to indulge your family and friends with a baking labor of love. This class runs the gamut from a quick-to-put-together coffee cake (with giant size crumble pieces) to more intensive yeasted dough and puff pastry (which can me made well in advance).Brian Medford, of Idlewild Biscuits and Bakes will teach you the tricks to spoiling your weekend guests (or yourself!) with breakfast baking glory. This is a hands on class, be sure to bring your apron and rolling pin. Students will leave with their own rough puff pastry that can be used right away or frozen for a rainy day.
Menu includes: Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting, New York Style Coffee Cake, and Rough Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls.
