Whether you eat an exclusively vegan diet or not, you will love the delicious, hearty dishes that our culinary director Amanda Coba will share in this inclusive class. Nothing pretending to be dairy or meat, just really good food that happens to be vegan. Menu includes: corn and lime chowder with garlic sourdough croutons; pole beans and beluga lentils with tomatoes, almonds, and pepitas; crispy potatoes, avocado tomatillo salsa, and black bean salad; coconut lime ice with berries.
