Join Thai chef and instructor Srisuda Dougherty to explore some of her favorite Thai dishes. Srisuda will demystify Thai cuisine, talk about Thai ingredients, and demonstrate step-by-step instructions on how to prepare each dish, including one of Northern Thailand's renowned dishes, Laab gai.
The menu includes: Laab gai (Minced chicken with ground roasted rice, lemongrass, galangal, fresh shallot, mint, saw tooth cilantro with chili lime dressing), Gaeng Daeng Pak (curry paste made from scratch with chickpea, yam, kale, and Thai basil), and Khao Niew Ma Muang (Sweet sticky rice with mango).
Class is limited to 10 students and includes dinner. Please note that reservations are non-refundable. All Thai books will have a 10% discount on the evening of class.
