Cooking Class: Thai Cooking at Home

Join Thai chef and instructor Srisuda Dougherty to explore some of her favorite Thai dishes. Srisuda will demystify Thai cuisine, talk about Thai ingredients, and demonstrate step-by-step instructions on how to prepare each dish.

The menu includes: Ma Hor (caramelized minced pork, prawn and shallot on fresh pineapple), ​Khao Soi (a northern Thai, Burmese influenced chicken curry noodle dish),  and Kabocha squash in sweet coconut milk .

Class is limited to 10 students and includes dinner.  Please note that reservations are non-refundable. All Thai books will have a 10% discount on the evening of class.
