Join Thai chef and instructor Srisuda Dougherty to explore some of her favorite Thai dishes. Srisuda will demystify Thai cuisine, talk about Thai ingredients, and demonstrate step-by-step instructions on how to prepare each dish.
The menu includes: Ma Hor (caramelized minced pork, prawn and shallot on fresh pineapple), Khao Soi (a northern Thai, Burmese influenced chicken curry noodle dish), and Kabocha squash in sweet coconut milk .
Class is limited to 10 students and includes dinner. Please note that reservations are non-refundable. All Thai books will have a 10% discount on the evening of class.
