Want to learn to make stuffed pasta at home? We have just the class for you! We will be making egg pasta dough by hand and then rolling, filling, and shaping mezzaluna. Our Culinary Director Amanda will teach you everything you need to know to make fresh pasta at home with an emphasis on the special care that goes into shaping, cooking, and pairing sauces with stuffed pasta in particular.
Menu includes: burrata mezzaluna with tomato butter sauce; caesar salad with sourdough croutons and parmigiano reggiano: chocolate, prune, and whiskey cake
