We're heading to the Mediterranean Sea for a night of Sicilian food! Join us as we explore this fascinating cuisine shaped by the interplay of Italian, Arab, Greek, French, and Spanish influence on the island. Menu includes: focaccia with pesto alla trapanese; orange, fennel, and mint salad; involtini di melazane (eggplant pasta roll-ups); brioche with coffee granita.
Please bring a medium mixing bowl. Each participant will leave with their own batch of focaccia dough to bake at home.
