Join Chef Shama Joshi, founder of 'Roll OK Please' food truck, for a journey through some of India's favorite regional breakfast foods. Menu includes: poha (flattened rice seasoned with curry leaves, asafoetida and peanuts); uttapam (lentil-rice pancake with a savory coconut chutney); and sheera or sooji halwa (toasted semolina, cardamom, saffron syrup and nuts)
