Join photographer and cook Olaiya Land for a very special night of some of her favorite Portuguese dishes. Olaiya leads culinary and creativity workshops in Portugual and Paris and will share both her immense knowledge of Portuguese food and dining culture and her unique experiences traveling and working abroad.
Menu includes: Ovos verdes (stuffed eggs with parsley and ham); Caldo verde (kale soup with chouriço and potatoes); bacalhau à gomes de sá (baked salt cod with caramelized onions and potatoes); pão de ló (egg and olive oil cake).
