Cooking Class: Pizza at Home

Hands-on class. Includes dinner.

Come learn to make one of the world's perfect foods! Our culinary director Amanda Coba will teach you everything you need to know to make pizza with beautifully charred crust and balanced, delicious toppings at home. We'll cover all the basics of pizza making: dough making and shaping, sauces and toppings, and the best way to bake in a home oven. Menu includes: pizza with various toppings: kale caesar with citrus and sourdough croutons; and tiramisu.

Please bring an apron and medium mixing bowl. Each participant will leave with their own batch of pizza dough to bake at home.

Class is limited to 10 students. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
