Come learn to make one of the world's perfect foods! Our culinary director Amanda Coba will teach you everything you need to know to make pizza with beautifully charred crust and balanced, delicious toppings at home. We'll cover all the basics of pizza making: dough making and shaping, sauces and toppings, and the best way to bake in a home oven. Menu includes: pizza with various toppings, Julia Turshen's Caesar salad from Small Victories, one-bowl chocolate cake from Samin Nosrat's Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat.
Please bring an apron and medium mixing bowl. Each participant will leave with their own batch of pizza dough to bake at home.
