Join us for a pasta workshop and expand your pasta repertoire! We will be making two distinct styles of pasta: a hand-shaped pici pasta made with semolina flour and water, and a sheeted tagliatelle pasta made with finely milled 00 flour and eggs. You'll leave class with a strong grasp of what fresh, dried, egg enriched, semolina based, hand shaped, and sheeted pasta means, and the ability to recreate both a hand-shaped semolina and egg enriched sheeted pasta at home. Menu includes: pici with cherry tomato sauce; tagliatelle with ligurian pesto; almond cake with summer berries and whipped cream.
