Join Seattle seafood insider Lauren McCool (teacher of the beloved Hama Hama Oyster Classes) for a deep dive into Pacific Northwest seafood. Menu includes: Loki Fish Salmon en papillote with herbs and lemon; Hama Hama manila clams with thyme, and garlic; Hama Hama oyster po-boys with herbed tartar sauce; and French yogurt cake with roasted autumnal fruit.

Class is limited to 12 students. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
