Join us for oysters and instruction from the fabulous Hama Hama Company! Hama Hama has been farming oysters and shellfish on the Olympic Peninisula since 1922, and in this class with longtime Hama Hama staff member Lauren McCool, you'll learn about different species of oysters and how they’re grown, taste a selection of local oysters and get practice shucking your own!
Menu includes: smoked oysters with potato bread and pickled onion; raw oyster tasting; fried oysters with herb aioli; baked oysters with pimento cheese; and clams wth scallions, herbs, and crème fraîche.
