Join us for a dinner class with oysters and instruction from the fabulous Hama Hama Seafood Company! Hama Hama has been farming oysters and shellfish on the Olympic Peninisula since 1922, and in this class with Hama Hama staff, you'll learn about different species of oysters and how they’re grown, taste a selection of local oysters and get practice shucking your own!
Menu includes: smoked oysters with potato bread and pickled onion; raw oyster tasting; fried oysters with herb aioli; baked oysters with pimento cheese; and clams wth spring onions, thyme, and crème fraîche.
Class is limited to 10 people. Please note that class reservations are not refundable.
