Join Mehdi Boujrada, founder of Villa Jerada, for a morning of simple, delicious modern Moroccan food. Mehdi will show you how to prepare low effort dishes with big flavor that are perfect for stress free entertaining and everyday enjoyment. There will be an emphasis on using great ingredients and Mehdi will share industry tips for choosing high quality olive oil and spices. We’ll learn about traditional North African spice blends and condiments like dukkah, ras el hanout, harissa, chermoula and kefta. Menu includes: Shakshuka; endive, dates, manchego cheese, dukkah salad; fennel, onion, radish, sumac salad; burrata with urfa biber, extra virgin olive oil; crudités, ras el hanout honey yogurt, chermoula; homemade flatbread.
