Good knife skills are the foundation of every cook's skill set. This class will teach you how to safely and efficiently use, hone, sharpen, and care for your knives. Chef Darin will cover basic and intermediate knife cuts and we will work together to make tacos, salsas, and pozole for a casual sit down meal at the end. Bring your own sharp knife (or borrow one of ours) and join us for an informative, hands-on night.
