Good knife skills are the foundation of every cook's skill set. Join us to learn how to safely and efficiently slice, dice, julienne, and more. Our Culinary Director Amanda Coba will cover everything from proper grip to safety and maintenance, and provide ample opportunity for hands-on practice of a variety of techniques using different vegetables. Since this is a hands-on class, please bring your chef's knife and a cutting board.
