You'll learn all about the carb-cheese wonder, taste a few regional varieties, and go home with an arsenal of tips and tricks to recreate them in your own kitchen. Menu includes: adjaruli khachapuri; penovani khachapuri; imeruli khachapuri with beet greens (pkhlovani-style); and a big Georgian salad.
