We're so inspired by Amy Chaplin's newest book Whole Food Cooking Every Day that we built a class designed around some of our favorite elements. Everything we cover in class is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian, endlessly adaptable, and very mix-and-matchable. Join us for inspiration for eating more simply, deliciously, and healthfully. Menu includes: golden brown rice seeded crackers; chickpea almond pate with chili and sumac; French lentil, tomato, and kale cauliflower bake; almond cake with apple-hibiscus blackberry compote.
