Join Chef Shama Joshi, founder of 'Roll OK Please' food truck, for a night of Indian street food. Shama is known for offering less commonly available Indian specialites such as Kathi rolls and has been featured in Anthony Bourdain's roundup of favorite Seattle eats. Shama will guide us through four street food favorites representing different regional specialties throughout India. Menu includes: aaloo tikki chaat; pani puri (crispy semolina pocket filled with potatoes, spicy mint "water" and a sweet tamarind chutney); sundal chickpea salad (seasoned chickpeas and fresh coconut flakes); keema-pav (lamb meat with onions, tomatoes with buttered bread).
