Want to make fresh pasta at home? We have just the class! You will complete all the steps of fresh pasta making, from mixing and kneading the egg enriched dough, rolling out the pasta using both a hand crank and a stand mixer sheeter attachment, and cutting and cooking the pasta. The menu includes: egg pasta tagliatelle with Marcella Hazan's cult favorite tomato butter sauce; kale, pickled shallot, and pepita salad with parmesan and lime dressing; rum apple cake with creme fraiche.
