Cooking Class: Fresh Pasta

Hands-on class. Includes dinner.

Want to make fresh pasta at home?  We have just the class!  You will complete all the steps of fresh pasta making, from mixing and kneading the egg enriched dough, rolling out the pasta using both a hand crank and a stand mixer sheeter attachment, and cutting and cooking the pasta. The menu includes: fresh egg pasta tagliatelle with Marcella Hazan's cult favorite tomato butter sauce; frisee and chickpea salad with lemon and mint; sticky toffee pudding cake with creme fraiche.

Class is limited to 12 students. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
