Want to make fresh pasta at home? We have just the class! Amanda Coba, our Events Chef recently spent time working and cooking at a farm in Italy. She will teach you all she learned about making great pasta at home as well as a delcious seasonal sauce to go with it!
The menu includes: Welcome Aperol Spritz, Fresh Tagliatelle w/ Cherry Tomato Pomodoro, Arugula and Radicchio Salad with Crispy Shallots, and Peach Tart with Amaretto Ice Cream.
Class is limited to 10 students and includes dinner. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
