Cooking Class: Farm Food Dinner

Demonstration style class. Includes dinner.

Join farmer, author, and cook Kurt Timmermeister as he brings his book Farm Food: Spring & Summer to life. Kurt will share stories of life on his Vashon dairy farm as he cooks a delicious meal inspired by Farm Food. Menu includes: parsley salad; linguine carbonara; Dinah's cheese with poached rhubarb and Sea Wolf baguette.

Class is limited to 12 students. Students may purchase a copy of the featured book at 10% off on the day of class. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
