Join farmer, author, and cook Kurt Timmermeister as he brings his book Farm Food: Fall & Winter to life. Kurt will share stories of life on his Vashon dairy farm and cook a delicious meal inspired by Farm Food. Menu includes: fromage blanc with seedlings; homemade pasta with bolognese sauce; prune bundt cake.
