Autumn is here, and it's time to up your soup game. Join Ivy Manning, author of Easy Soups from Scratch with Quick Breads to Match, for a Friday evening cooking class! Ivy will be teaching you both soup and quick bread recipes from her book. There are two ticket options for the class: you can purchase a regular ticket, or you can select the book-included option, which saves you $15 on the book.
The menu includes: Gazpacho Shots, Smoky Salmon and Celery Root Chowder served with Pilot Biscuits (the grandad of oyster crackers), and Roasted Cauliflower and Paprika Soup with Everything Muffins.
Class is limited to 10 students and includes dinner. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
