KNKX food commentator Nancy Leson is convinced that a pantry full of Asian condiments, canned goods, dried noodles and other staples is a sure way to travel without a passport. She’ll offer a world of advice on making her favorite boiled dumplings, and chat about Greater Seattle’s many Asian restaurants. Get ready to roll!
Menu includes: handmade pork and shrimp jiao-zi, including dumpling dough, plus hand-cut stir-fried noodles. You’ll go home with a rolling pin and Nancy’s homemade chili oil.
