Meghan Mckenna is the cheesemaker at Cherry Valley Dairy and is currently working on her new farmstead creamery in Sedro-Woolley . She has worked in dairy farms in France, Ireland, and Italy, and she developed the Hand-Stretched Mozzarella program at Metropolitan Market. Join Meghan as we explore the wonderful world of homemade cheese. In this hands-on class you will get to make halloumi from start to finish!
