Meghan Mckenna is the cheesemaker at Cherry Valley Dairy and is currently working on her new farmstead creamery in Sedro-Woolley . She has worked in dairy farms in France, Ireland, and Italy, and she developed the Hand-Stretched Mozzarella program at Metropolitan Market. Join Meghan as we explore the wonderful world of homemade cheese. In this hands on class you will get to make feta from start to finish! Meghan will also demo ricotta using local milk for the group to try.
