Join chef and owner of Alcove Dining Room Emme Ribeiro Collins for an evening of Brazilian food and culture. Emme will show you how she implements Pacific Northwest flavors and ingredients into her native country's cooking. You'll learn all about Brazil's unique and diverse food culture, explore African influence in Brazilian cuisine and taste some iconic dishes that have been inspired by Chef Emme's Brazilian roots and Pacific Northwest upbringing. Menu includes: hearts of palm salad with apples & radish; Pacific Northwest seafood moqueca with jasmine rice and braised black eyed peas; Brazilian caramel flan.
