Book Larder is thrilled to be partnering with Sea Wolf Bakers to offer Pretzel Baking. Class will be held in the Sea Wolf bakery.
Sea Wolf founders Kit & Jesse will teach the key points of pretzel-making in this hands-on class, including tips for making a lye solution at home, various shapes, and toppings. Students will participate in the entire process, from mixing to shaping to dipping, topping and baking their own pretzels.
Students, will take home pretzels they have shaped and baked in-class as well as dough they have mixed and pretzel salt for topping.
Class is limited to 10 students and includes beer, donated by Clourburst Brewing, and bread samples. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
