Cooking Class: Bagels and Biscuits

Students are required to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination + valid ID at the start of class (please plan to arrive early accordingly). Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of reservation and a refund or store credit will not be issued. Examples of valid proof of COVID-19 vaccinations are: vaccination record card, digital or physical WA state certificate of vaccination from MyIRmobile.com, or a verified electronic medical record printout from a medical provider. For more examples, please reference this visual guide. 

Students will also be required to wear masks during the non-eating portions of class.

Hands-on class. Includes dinner.

Breakfast will never be the same again. Using only a few ingredients and simple, straightforward techniques, Nancy Leson will teach you how to mix, form, boil and bake a dozen homemade bagels in an hour, then introduce you to the flakiest (and literally “Tasty”-est) buttermilk-biscuit recipe imaginable. There will be lox, schmears, and jam.

Class is limited to 12 students. Please note that class reservations are non-refundable.
