For the first cookbook project by Caroline Wright, local cookbook author with a broad background in recipe writing for home cooks, she wanted to find new ways for home cooks to look at getting quick meals on the table that didn’t sacrifice skill or technique. Join her as she teaches a few of her favorite recipes: orzo risotto with pancetta; roasted pork tenderloin with pears and pistachios; panzanella with green olives, mozzarella, prosciutto + tomatoes.
