Whether you're new to pie making or just want to freshen up your skills before embarking on holiday baking, baker and food writer Polina Chesnakova has just the class for you.
Polina will walk us through pie making step by step--from making flaky pie dough by hand, to rolling out the dough and assembling the pie, to perfecting your filling. Working with partners, you'll get the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and try your hand at pie dough--and everyone will go home with one dough round, enough for one 9-inch single crust pie. Class will end with a slice of both apple pies and a hot mug of tea. Menu: classic apple pie and pistachio cardamom crumble apple pie.
