We celebrated the end of summer and the beginning of our busy fall season with a staff pizza party! Our events chef extraordinaire, Amanda, has access to a gorgeous pizza oven where we gathered last week for an evening of the most delicious pizzas, some incredible salads and of course dessert! Dee Dee made Julia’s Caesar from Small Victories. It was addictive and a perfect pairing with our pizza.
Carrie made the fresh and crunchy Raw Corn Salad with Walnuts, Mint and Chilies from Six Seasons.
Jen made a creamy, and summery Stonefruit Burrata salad riff off of a recipe from Diana Henry’s Simple.
A glorious evening all around.
